EmiAI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers and terminate the associated account.
8. Data Deletion Policy
We provide a clear path for you to control your data. You may delete your account at any time through the App Settings > Account > Delete Account menu. Upon your request, we will delete all your personal identifiers and chat history from our production systems within 30 days, keeping only non-identifiable logs required for legal compliance.
